I would not use the term, "Testy", but, for some reason she does seem to be trying to get between Zimmerman and his attorneys. Why would she seem so eager to encourage him to take the stand when the trial has been favorable to him so far? Hmmm....

He did a video at the "alleged" crime scene with the Sanford police...giving his account. This was shown in the trial.
He did a video with Sean Hannity...giving his account. This was shown in the trial.
And as Rick commented, the real time account was recorded with 911. This was played numerous times during the trial.
His interviews with the police at the station were recorded and shown in court.
The prosecutor spent a lot of time in today's closing argument explaining what he considered to be inconsistencies between all of these videos...and the 911.
GZ's attorneys knew where the prosecutor would go in his argument...so not not good for GZ to take the stand...which would be used against him, because the prosecutor would try to draw out more inconsistencies.
Nope, wouldn't advise GZ to take the stand. That wouldn't turn out well.
I don't have a clue which way the jury will go so far. The defense needs to unravel the inconsistencies...and make sure GZ looks like the victim rather than the perp.
Remember...proof is up to the state and they have a one hour rebuttal left.
If I'm not wrong, there's like 4 women on the jury...and 2 men. Think about it...and talk amongst yourselves.

I'm not a math whiz, but I think you are 66 2/3% correct. The jury is all women, unless you know something about two of them that hasn't been published.

I am not aware of any evidence of him using the phrase, "black thug", rick. As the rest, is he referring to the thieves who carried out a number of break-ins over the past year? If so, so what?

Oh GZ used "black thug" vis-a-vis his attorney alright. It's in the linky dink thingy of my post. In fact, the term is so popular now, that nearly all of Greta's conservative bloggers are now GZ attorney copy cats.

I am quite sure that Zimmerman never used that phrase during his call to the cops, rick. And your link shows only the writer of the opinion piece using the term, not his lawyers.
