I'm sorry that there is so little to celebrate. George Bush was one of the most underwhelming (read, embarrassing) public figures in recent memory. There are many third-world leaders who far outshone him during his occupancy. I do not wish him ill, but don't mind if we don't think about him much. The eight years he spent allowing his cronies to run roughshod over the nation (and the world) are a black mark in our history.
