It does seem to be a problem with Mozilla Firefox. I tried all this on Internet Explorer this morning and had to login again and all that. I can read the quotes now at least.
Oh well.

I have this problem using Netscape...so is it just IE that works correctly? I hate IE.

Never, Ever, read the quotes as it just inhibits your instinctive responses to the posts by cluttering up your mind with the misguided thoughts of others, mostly ungodly collectivists...

It is annoying, Emma, but I find that, expanded to fullscreen and with minimal jockeying, I can get the quote centered enough so that I lack only one or two characters on either side, and can read it from there.
I'm like you; I use IE only when coerced!

The old system handled quotes better. That's why I just make the text of quoted material Blue. It's a 'work-around'.

Last time I used IE it didn't do the kind of tabbing that FireFox does, Phil...also, to be honest, MS products are so much the standard that when I get a chance to use something else, I try very hard to take it. (This week, I'll be experimenting with OpenOffice...) Firefox is now second-nature to me the way IE used to be, and like Ms. M. Stewart, I think that's "a good thing."
