Roger, Check out Vote Nader. Is he perfect? Probably not, but he offers a way for all of us to save our country and way of life no matter your politics. The dems and repubs are just two sides of the same coin in the hip pocket of a banker. Joe

I campaigned tirelessy for Nader in 1996 and 2000. I put my blood, sweat, and tears and money into his campaigns.
In 2004, he decided we needed him more than he needed us and he quickly found out the hard way that wasn't true.
Ralph is a friend and a personal hero, but his time has passed. Cynthia McKinney is my choice for a whole host of reasons.

Roger,
I love Cynthia McKinney, but she has a bug up her butt, which may preclude her from being President. Again, she's American and I like her spirit. I'm going to vote for Nader. I wanted to vote for him last time, but I voted Libertarian because I wanted to get the numbers up for a third party. It's time for a second party.

Am I silly or what? I voted Libertarian in the last presidential election, although my heart was with Nader, because I wanted to get the numbers up for third parties so that maybe we'd have some real choice. This time I'm voting Nader. Yeah, I know that the odds are against him, but you've got to start building a genuine second party sometime and somewhere.

Joe Not gonna happen this time around. Nader has no chance of getting 5% of the votes since the election is too close and there are a lot less people willing to vote for a 3rd party after it what happened in 2000.

Nader has no chance of getting 5% of the votes since the election is too close and there are a lot less people willing to vote for a 3rd party after it what happened in 2000. Every time this canard is mentioned, I will remind everyone that it is simply not true. Nader had nothing to do with what happened in 2000 and no matter how many times people repeat this corporate media democratic party sponsored lie, they do a disservice to themselves and to bringing about change. 1) The 2000 election was fraudulant and the supreme court illegally intervened and rewarded the victory to Bush despite the mountain of evidence of election fraud and despite the fact they had no authority to do what they did. Thousands of legal votes were thrown out! The fraud was blatant and obvious that even Pat Buchanan won the vote in a Jewish dominated district. Katherine Harris should be in jail and anyone who has done a cursory amount of research into this issue knows it. 2) Over 275,000 Democrats voted for Bush in Florida compared to only 90,000 for Nader (many of the 90,000 would not have voted for Gore if Nader was not on the ballot.) So basically we are talking about a handful of people who are dwarfed by the Democrats who voted for Bush. 3) The Democrats candidate could not even win his own state. Can we please quit repeating this blatant lie about Nader being responsible for what happened in 2000. It is not true and I challenge anyone who wants to pretend that it is to prove it with facts, sources, and references that show it to be true. If you can't do that. Quit saying it.

We're supposed to do what makes us feel "good." I feel good voting for Nader and that's what I'm going to do. No difference between the other two. Joe

Kudos Joe, Generally speaking I vote Democratic, if I prefer the Republican Candidate I vote for him or her. I feel that Obama will prove to be a very impressive leader if he is elected, If I, like yourself felt he was the same as McCain and the next four years would unfold identically regardless of which was elected then Nader would get my support. Nader did not cost anyone any elections, only the votes foryou count in your favor. the votes against you are exactly that, against you. We enjoy saying he did though
Good coffee, good weed, and time on my hands...
