Wholesale regular
Jan 11 = $2.16
Jan 28 = $1.92
Feb 2009 = $1.07

Add avg. of $.65 for transportation taxes and profit
Retail Pump Price should be:
Jan 11 = $2.81
Jan 28 = $2.57

Amazing isn't it... and in the interim, very little serious disruption of supply or availability. It's a good thing there isn't any speculation here... crazy

Out my way, we've been paying $2.96-2.99 a gallon for regular, $3.15-3.20 for premium.

Here in the PNW, our cheapest (at Costco on the Kitsap Peninsula, which is less than across Puget Sound in Seattle - go figure) is $2.79 a gallon.

$2.59 p.g. is the lowest in the Western NY region, and that's on the Seneca Rez. Off the Rez, the lowest is $2.82.
