From what I can tell, you can marry tonight. Read the ruling, Judge Walker has not issued a stay while waiting on appeal. You're the lawyer Phil, am I reading that correctly?

Sweet! But, could you marry someone else tonight? Before the ruling I asked a guy I work with to marry me, he said 'sure'. But, when that doesn't work out, you and I can totally get married. I never realized how easy all this is!
