What a reality to try to grasp... the magnatitude of not only the reality that American leaders ordered the torture of other human beings, but also that we, as a nation, have to bear the shame and humiliation of those acts.
The world won't view these tortures as mere military or political acts of crimes against humanity...but the blame will be placed on every man, woman, and child in America.
And now...before these horrible pictures can be properly used as evidence in a court of law against the real offenders who ordered and perpetrated these acts...they'll become evidence used against our nation as a whole.
There will be a terrible price to be paid in so many ways.
Evolution is sure dragging ass...man, what the hell does it take to really become civilized human beings?
