Nice opener. A question enters my mind that likely is beyond your resources to answer so consider it rhetorical: Do the Indians buried in the mound pictured, and their descendants, appreciate having the pathway carved through their sacred place so that all who care to do so can wander at will through it? Am thinking about the movie "Jeremiah Johnson" as I ponder the point.
