Logan, those things are so old (by New World standards) that I don't think there are any known descendants. I know what you're saying, but if they were built at around 1070 AD, well

With absolutely no disrespect intended anywhere, but if you look at the site of the Twin Towers in Manhattan, you might think the builders of the Serpent Mounds got off lightly with just a concrete path. (Mt. Rushmore is another good example, except the tribes in that area haven't disappeared.)

I just mean that we're not a people good at leaving things alone. We have to Improve it (and in the case of the Twin Towers, that's probably the right thing to do - how should I know, after all?)
