Most of the pages after page 2 were dedicated to the haters of Sarah Palin attempting to blame her for what Letterman said (and, I think, to whitewash the Dem rage and hatred directed at her entire family in the days following her nomination to be McCain's VP -- maybe it is a hater thingie).;-)
