Geez. Any minute now, I'm expecting to hear the thump of tom-toms as the "talking stick" is passed around the circle -- well, maybe not to the bare-chested fellow still wearing his fecking bowtie. Yours, Issodhos Some hold the talking stick and talk-others just use it to stir the sh*t... ![[Linked Image from forum.mg.co.za]](http://forum.mg.co.za/images/graemlins/eyebrow.gif) Hahahahahahahahahahaha! Scoutgal is in rare form today. What if Sanford's she is a he? That rumor is being tossed around. It would explain why he was so quick to come to Jesus with the press. Get it out in the open, take questions and attempt to put out the fire in hopes of protecting the real secret.

Romance novel. Heiress to the Skil Corporation fortune marries a Wall Street broker with political aspirations only to discover that she can have any tool she wants but his.

Oh those moral and righteous Republicans, pure as the driven snow. Jesus! Do Democrats get involved in this kind of thing? Oh, sure. You feckin A betcha! The difference is that most Democrats don't set themselves up as the arbiters of morality in America. Democrats are not drinking Christiban Kool-Aid and pontificating about family values and the wages of sin. The Republicans have staked their claim and raised their flag on that particular dung heap. They own it! They can't walk the talk and their legacy of lies isn't the only thing biting them on the ass. ;\) Precisely! I couldn't have said it any better! The hypocrisy is what drives me friggin' crazy in these matters.

Here's more from the Sanford's steamy pen:
"There are but 50 governors in my country and outside of the top spot, this is as high as you can go in the area I have invested the last 15 years of my life," he wrote in e-mails obtained by The State newspaper. "- my getting here came as no small measure because I had that foundation of love and support so critical to getting up in the morning and feeling you could give and risk because you already had a full tank of love in the emotional bank account."
He also refers to their first meeting "in a wind swept somewhat open air dance spot in Punta del Este," in Argentina.
A wind swept somewhere??? A wind-swept-somewhere??? Oh Gawd. The needle is redlining on the Mickey Puke-O-Meter. This guy was being considered for VP? The GOP is now going to have to dig deeper in the barrel and this guy was being considered as a top pick? Holy smokes! What do the "also rans" look like? Who's picking these guys? Jackie Collins? Judith Kranz? Nora Roberts?
"A wind swept somewhere"! Feckin hell. If I had written something that bad and it was made public I'd shoot myself. Having an affair is one thing, but there is no excuse for "a wind swept somewhere".
Do we even want to discuss having a full tank of love in one's emotional bank account? Mixing metaphors is a forgivable sin - up to a point, but "a full tank of love"? What's next?
"I'm just a love machine and I don't want nobody but you"? Or "I'm riding down the freeway of love in a pink Cadillac?"
A Vice Presidential candidate with a full tank of love. That's rich. How about a VP candidate who is going to show the world how to put ex in sex. Give Ms. Sanford a few months, unless she's dumber than he is.

Jackie Collins is a man-eater. She'd have this Stanford guy for a hors d'oeuvre. Where's Martha? I want her to weigh in on this prose! ![[Linked Image from i48.photobucket.com]](http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f228/ca_rickf/Smilies/icon_evil.gif)

What if Sanford's she is a he? That's why I changed the parameters from a 'women' and a 'love shack' to an 'amour' and a 'love mattress.' ...because all took place in a quick jaunt to Argentina - if it were Brazil, we would know it was a 'he.' Argentina...eh, on the fence.

The best thing about a WELL written romance novel...is the condition of the girl reading it after she's finished. ...for you maybe They write those romance novels mainly for female consumption, and make no mistake about it, it's PORNO for women, the old school kind.
