What?? ...it's only a hug - besides you're a man - we know what you're thinking for most of the day. ![[Linked Image from i48.photobucket.com]](http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f228/ca_rickf/Smilies/icon_evil.gif)

you can pronounce it anyway you wish but have you tried white gravy with your fries? now that's something. The red stuff isn't a favorite of mine. I'm with 2wins. Ain't nothing like dipping fries into cream gravy made using bacon grease or sausage grease and then adding just the right amount of crushed black pepper and salt. Better yet...there is a small burger joint on the south side of Austin that also serves breakfast. They offer biscuits smoothered in cream gravy mixed pork sausage...and then a heaping batch of hash brown potatoes. Now...it's always good to fork up a mouthful of hash browns and dip them in the gravy too. Mmmmmmmm, mmmmmmmm, mmmmm. Am I at the Austin Heart Hospital yet? Hmmmm...I don't think this is a southern thing, but then again, maybe.

I cannot pass up biscuits and gravy! When the gravy is good and the biscuits are a little fluffy, isn't anything better. But, returning to our topic, I would NEVER put ketchup on it!

WAIT!biscuits and gravy is fine but you can't have your hashbrowns w/o ketchup and tabasco sauce. you people are uncivilized for god's sake.

Actually my red condiment of choice lately is Sriracha Sauce...it's a southeast Asian (Thai? Vietnamese?) sauce made from red chiles and garlic. It's deeeeelish on burgers! ![[Linked Image from upload.wikimedia.org]](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/1e/Sriracha_hot_chili_sauce.jpg/180px-Sriracha_hot_chili_sauce.jpg)
