We used to have Alfie's Fish & Chips in San Diego, but "H. Salt, Esq." was even better. They were almost as good as the fish & chips shop I practically lived at when I was in Dublin on business for 2 weeks. My absolute favorite was a chain place called "Joey's Only" that closed down. (They still are in business elsewhere.) Now all we have in the way of fish fast food chains is Long John Silver's.
