Actually my red condiment of choice lately is Sriracha Sauce...it's a southeast Asian (Thai? Vietnamese?) sauce made from red chiles and garlic. It's deeeeelish on burgers!

You may like Tiger Sauce. I use it on scrambled eggs, bean soup, meat, fish, chicken, etc. If your store has it, you should be able to find it with the hot pepper sauces. For some reason, the price has almost doubled within the last year. I like it.
