No egg dish is complete without either some cheese or some salsa, or at the very least an annoying splash of tabasco, and I was doing that long before I moved to Tex-Ass. My brother, on the other hand, puts GRAPE JELLY on his eggs.
I've always liked sharp cheddar cheese and cold tomatoes (sliced, diced, or salsa)with my eggs. Lately, I've been dicing tomatoes and marinating them in Italian dressing in the refrigerator overnight to put on my eggs in the morning. I like grape jelly, too, but....
