Both senators in Indiana just pop out form letters. I have written several different letters with questions and I got the same response on every one that had little to do with my letter. The only thing they had in common was the word Healthcare.

A couple of years ago a friend and I took different positions on the same issue and wrote to one of our Senators, John Kyl. We received the same letter in response. The response was crafted in such a way that it supported either position.

I can say that my other Senator, John McCain, would never do that. He simply doesn't respond. Or at least he's never responded to my calls, email or letters.
