If I may clarify: I don't wish him ill OR well. For one thing, I'm not convinced Rush Limbaugh (tm) and Rush Limbaugh private citizen are the same people.
I really don't care one way or the other about the private man (other than to hope I never encounter him) - and I don't need to wish him dead; if someone would lower his volume, that would be good enough for me.
I just think wishing for someone's death (as I said - if that did indeed happen) is, well, tacky.
