Wholesale regular Jan 11 = $2.16 Jan 28 = $1.92 Feb 2009 = $1.07 Add avg. of $.65 for transportation taxes and profit Retail Pump Price should be: Jan 11 = $2.81 Jan 28 = $2.57 Amazing isn't it... and in the interim, very little serious disruption of supply or availability. It's a good thing there isn't any speculation here...
