That is essentially us too except we do eat fish (wild caught) routinely, Mr O more than me but I do eat it.
We "cheat" occasionally. Me most often with pork.

On the odd moment I will stray from the truth and the light. I'm not a feckin fanatic. If, I happen to find myself over near the Cardinals stadium among all the bars and hoopla, which I do from time to time, and I even get a glance of Shane's Rib Shack, I'll knock sumbitches over running to get there. Carolina BBQ, outside chopped, cole slaw on the topic and vinegar sauce. That'll happen once or twice a year.

Wild salmon is great and I do love it, but the salmon haven't been running in Phoenix for years. I'll get that anytime I'm in the Pacific NW.
