LOL, yeah but that stirs a memory, Rick. My father was from Kansas so we took lots of road trips out there and often just kept on going sometimes all the way to Cali...forn...I...A. Somewhere in between there, we stopped at a restaurant (Colorado maybe?) that had a tank of salmon. You chose which one you wanted them to cook.
Oh gawd! I love fresh salmon too but I don't want to talk to it first!
So there is salmon to be gotten in the middle of the country. We get ours from Sarah Palin country.
