Roast pork loin & apple sauce: My favorite pork dish.

I love a nice pork loin, crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Dip eat bite in the apple sauce, and there you have it! Best ever.

I think the swine flu epidemic put people off eating pork over the past year. I keep finding whole pork loins in the supermarket for $2-$3/pound. This is the pork equivalent of filet mignon!

That reminds me: I still have a few barbequed ribs left in the fridge. Excuse me.... idea
