I'm flying off to Chicago this morning for a two-fold purpose. Giving a presentation at the annual conference of the Comparative and International Education Society. But the bulk of my time will be in the company of my son John who is a guest instructor at Benedictine University. We haven't seen each other since November 2007 so it will be nice to actually speak in person rather than on instant messenger. Looking forward to a tour of the remaining buildings from the 1893 Columbian Exposition (as depicted in "Devil in the White City."
