Today I took 12 thighs (value pack), skinned the thighs.

Placed all 12 at the bottom of a crock pot.

Mixed:

1 can 14.5 oz chopped tomatoes

1 can tomato paste

1 tbs chopped garlic

1 chopped yellow onion

1 chopped green bell pepper

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt and black pepper

Spread over chicken and will cook for 5 slow hours.

(Sammy is going into the kitchen, raising his nose, and sniffing the air around the crock pot. I know it's going to be good if my olfactory assistant likes what he smells).
