Tonight I made meatloaf and I think I finally perfected it to the point it can be called gourmet. [Linked Image from i48.photobucket.com]

1 lb ground round
1/2 lb NY Sausage Co. Sweet Italian Sausage
3/4 cup of tomato soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup oatmeal

Saute bell pepper, onion and celery on low heat and sweat them for 10 minutes.

Add to rest of ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix throroughly.

Bake at 350 F for 1 hr.

Let rest 5 minutes
