Yes, this topic is an important issue of the day, however, some of us Ranters already believe many former employees of the GW Bush Administration are war criminals. Some of said former employees even admit to being a war criminal.  It is now Eric Holder's job to do something about these war criminals, or he too, faces culpability for non-prosecution. My guess is that nobody will be charged and if they are, it will likely be passed down on some low level official who will get the 2ndLt William Calley treatment.
