Will do! Welcome to Reader Rant, carolinarain. I'll take cornbread or a corn muffin over a doughnut with my coffee. I'm not a purist, however. I do like strawberry jam on my cornbread or muffin very much. For awhile, I was making cornbread with sharp cheddar cheese and jalapenos, which taste very good, but I keep going back to basic cornbread.
