Happy birthday to the 19th Amendment - and thank you, Alice Paul! I attended an event this weekend at Paulsdale. Alice Paul's home was dedicated as a National Monument in honor of the 90th anniversary of the 19th Amendment. It was a lovely day. Alice would have enjoyed it.

In L.A. to get dad. We're leaving to go back home ( , ) to the Bay Area on Sunday - after a family get-together to send dad off. He's very excited his new life. I hope he's not disappointed about his choice of moving up north.
