I did say that , but I assumed that anyone would infer, since I wrote that I was waiting for thunderstorms NOAA predicted and even entered a media tag for a song entitled Eastern Rain, that I was referring to their weather forecasts and not food safety pronouncements. For example, I did not write that I was waiting for a FISH storm, FISH showers, or a FISH delivery, and posted an accompanying thematic FISH recipe for Grouper or Red Snapper. I would trust NOAA even less than the FDA regarding food safety. Perhaps I should have vetted my post better. Here let me correct it: NOAA is the only government agency that I trust regarding the weather. Their weather forecasts are usually accurate. NOAA is definitely part of the government/BP cover-up regarding the Gulf "Spill." If you want, I can provide a whole bunch of links to that effect in the BP Spill thread. However, if you believe the government, FDA, and NOAA, and you feel Gulf seafood is safe, then by all means BON APPÉTIT!
