I have been out most of the day and my internet provider was down so I am just opening up my e-mails.
I did get the following from one of Martha's friends. I will try to get by to see her tomorrow.
Hello Friends,
Like so many others this holiday season, Martha got the flu – bad enough that she had to spend Christmas in the hospital. She’s home now and fighting to recover lost ground. She’s been able to get on the computer a little bit and can answer the phone, but I want to ask you to send cards and lots of healing energy. If you can drop in for a quick visit (and do not have any communicable diseases), that would be lovely, too.

Hello, everyone. I am home from the hospital, a day later than I had planned, but I'm home! I was able to sneak out a few phone calls(Phil Greger and Rick), before the hospital Gestapo took my phone away.  I am so grateful to be home with real food, and TV channels other than ESPN, and back to my computer.  And thank you for all the well wishes, prayers and kind thoughts from everyone here, too.
