I was struck by the American flag behind Palin's left shoulder. It was obviously artificially draped, unless of course there was a body underneath it.

Along other lines, though, Sharron Angle felt compelled to make a statement to the press:

Quote
“Expanding the context of the attack to blame and to infringe upon the people’s Constitutional liberties is both dangerous and ignorant,” she said in the statement, according to media reports. “The irresponsible assignment of blame to me, Sarah Palin or the Tea Party movement by commentators and elected officials puts all who gather to redress grievances in danger.”

I am trying to figure out how pointing the finger at irresponsible rhetoric might "infringe upon the people's Constitutional liberties." Perhaps she is afraid that someone will pursue "Second Amendment remedies" against herself.

Of course, it will probably not be long before she reveals that when she voiced a call for "Second Amendment remedies" she really meant that anyone who was dissatisfied with the current state of affairs should enlist in military service, perhaps at the "militia" level.
