I'm not sure I recall anyone using the term here in regard to any but the ones on right side of the aisle. You know, the Fundies, the Wack Jobs, the repUglycons. It's okay, guidelines don't require respect for political parties or extremism.
I'm not even sure I know of anyone far enough to the left for me to consider them a wingnut. Republicans, in general, regard anyone who voted for, or approves in any way of, any Democrat, to be a member of the Looney Left.
