One of my favorite memories of Martha(I was able to meet her in person) was when we sat for peace on a street corner in Huntsville, Alabama. It didn't matter that it was not the popular stance in that town. She was brave, opinionated, strong, and heart-felt. I am proud to have known her, and to call her friend.
