Apparently my little jest went over your head, Sandy. I wasn't actually suggesting that you push anyone down a flight of stairs. Merely that the Republican Party is not salvageable. Even though a resident of your country club is a Republican and an agnostic it does not change the fact that Republicanism as you knew it is dead. And it did not ascend to heaven.
I don't seek a political party to join, or to create my own. I simply do not need to join a party. I don't need to feel that I am a part of something larger than myself nor to align myself with any particular group of people.
I am an an extreme Centrist. A radical, non-religious, middle of the road, Independent. I don't feel any need to sway your opinion about anything because it is not important to me what you or anyone else believes or does not believe.
I am, in fact, a Secular Humanist. My beliefs stand on their own without Religion or Political Party. I do not seek other people "like me", or to form a group or congregation. Each individual is responsible for his or her actions.
