Though it is easy to list the multitude of things the Bush administration has done to terribly mess up this country, it was very evident early on, and Bush's true second term "capital", that the SC aspect would be the one to provide the longest term Bush legacy/misery. Four votes will predictably go together for the next 20-30 years. Reasoned judgment will no longer play a role in justice at that level. One additional vote among the other five is all any bad decision requires. It's like a second rate baseball player hitting .200 & getting a long term, multi million dollar contract...except the audience getting screwed will be the entire nation, and in many cases, the world surrounding this batch of selfish supreme beings.
