Not a bit: Soul Food, Mexican, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, and just about everything else is fine. Cocoa is my Kryptonite: I love chocolate (as dark as possible) but it gives me intense heartburn for several hours. I was taking Prilosec for about a year, but have found I don't ever need it if I just avoid anything containing cocoa. "White chocolate" seems fine, but of course it's not really chocolate.
