Au contraire, when my family moved here there were 3 million in the metro, now nearly 16 million. Rose parades tend to bring hordes. They are all envious of our weather, our beaches, the hardbodies and the surfing!

When was the last time you surfed, Gidget? I prefer my coasts like my men: rough and rocky - like in NorCal. I don't surf anymore, but my kids do, and so do their friends. I body surf, and swim. I might even try paddle boarding and para sailing.
