You know the process, Soze. If the standard is met, change the standard! This is an extremely fragile recovery where good news is often balanced with the bad. That happens all during the week as various reports are released. The good thing is there is good new but the bad thing is there is bad news, also. Until the major indicators are consistently positive we are in a flux. My concerns with stocks is when the pull back will happen? The earnings are also flat.
