I'll give it a try. I like Indian food. Do you use direct or indirect heat? Indirect heat the coals are placed to the side with a drip pan (I just fold some heavy weight aluminum foil into shape)beneath the food as opposed to direct heat where the food is directly above the coals and drips onto the coals. Approximately how much time do you give them on each side no matter what method you use? The thighs and leg quarters do have more flavor.

I never met a recipe I didn't like. And this is of the good ones. I did it your way once, liked it, so the second time I did it I sprinkled just a few bacon bits into each slice to hold the slice open before I drizzled them with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. YUMMMMMMY Thanks, Joe!

I'd like to try Korean BBQ, especially the short ribs. I've never had kimchi, either, but I figured that I might give it a try. So, I looked around for a recipe. Preparation is too much of a project. If I'm ever in a Korean restaurant, I'll give it a try. I did like the video.
