I mailed a letter, dated July 28, 2014, to FL Bar Executive Director John F. Harness Jr. A copy appears below:

I was going to hold off on this before somebody stepped up and visited this one.
I also have no capacity to hold back so was wondering to put this one. Then I found "Big Brother is Watching".

This morning I watched the Trump installation. It was educational! One of the main things the TV minds were talking about is their impression of the very rich of the entire country closest to Trump. Apparently the rule was the richer you were the closer you were to our new president. I thought this was the first hint of how things are going to be but there was more!

How about this one. In previous installations the new guy took it easy. He took each section, one by one, and got them going. This time, however, its a bit different. They all, apparently, have their running orders are are ready, right now, to get it done! So, the millions that work for our government are all going to do whatever, right now! If this happens we are going to get to watch everybody in our government take off right now! All together! If nothing else this should give us all a little taste of how, literally millions of folks just start doing stuff they are told by people who may, or may not have a clue. One can only wonder about the questions. I can think of a few right now. Things like; What, why, when, how, are we doing, what, why, when, how are they doing, what, why, when, how are they thinking, etc. Oh, I also forgot "where" should probably be in the list.

This is not even close to, I fear, what may happen. Its also started. They have shut down the system we had on the border which had slowed down the mess to almost work and replaced it with, er, well, something (nobody said so nobody apparently knows (which just may be the law of the land for a bit of time).

It are interesting things happening! We now, apparently, have the very rich in charge of EVERYTHING! Actually, I think that has always been the case but there was government to kinda help so we are not slaved, I am no longer convinced about that but we will see. I am also wondering how much will one need to be in the class of 'rich'. My suspicion is that just a couple of million doesn't get you into the club.

All this is, obviously, speculation. It may be just fine. Anyway, we now have a president who is, between today and tomorrow, write something like 200 orders of change for our government. This will happen whilst the entire American Public sector is going to be replaced with folks not necessarily familiar of what they are even supposed to be doing but support Mr. Trump (again, we are talking about not just thousands but perhaps millions).

So, again. The very rich are in charge, under their boss Mr. Trump. Mr Trump will, I suspect, do what he is told most of the time. However, while this is going to happen he is also going to replace all people who work in the public sector will also be replaced. This is, incidentally, not a flight of imagination. This is, exactly, what our new lord and master has said and which has been made fact by the current installation!!

During the election we had the Republicans and the Democrats. That is, as far as I can tell, all over. Now we have something else and I really am not sure what it will be called. I do know that there are going to be a pile of people upset and this is just the first day! I am not even really sure about the big brother in charge! I am not sure one person can even do which is being done, whatever it might be.

I have lots more to say but I am going to skip it and let others explain it all so I can understand. As usual I am wishing everybody luck in what is about to take place. If nothing else its gonna be real interesting, real confusing, and pretty educational as well. I suspect that we are ALL going to need all the luck possible.

Oh, one other thing that might help. In the last year the United States has been pumping more oil out of the ground than any other country in the world. Now, apparently, we are going to pump more. The earth continues to grow hotter, the fires are bigger and more, etc. One can only - well, you know..........

One other minor consideration - government bureaucracies have established budgets with approved tasks. Spending money requires planning and authorization - I don't think Trump tweets are adequate to get the balls rolling.
