Not if these unregulated militias pull guns on people and try to intimidate them. That's a threat and they should be arrested and taken to jail. The unregulated militia is on it's way to California-where we have a law that prohibits "using a gun in a threatening manor". And there is no open carry law here, or a "Stand Your Ground" law. To be guilty of using a gun in a threatening manor, one just needs to point the gun, or brandish it. It doesn't even need to be loaded. The mayor of Murrieta is acting like a buffoon.
