Here's something VERY conservative that we as patriotic Americans can do.
We can tighten up our treason laws and enforce them.
Yeah, that's right...anybody who works to undermine democracy is committing treason.
Unfortunately a lot of Republicans might get caught up in that net too but it certainly would insulate us against any imagined slew of dangerous Muslim immigrants, wouldn't it?
Come here, be welcomed, and accept the principles of democracy, free thought, free press, freedom to do and say anything one likes that does not pose a danger to society in general, the general welfare or the pursuit of happiness, pledge to defend America and the Constitution above all else, and you're good to go.
Secular law is the supreme law of the land, okay?
Any talk of theocracy or church interfering with state and you're gone.
Think our Republicans are game to vote YES on this?
I doubt it. It interferes with THEIR plans for biblical law.

First of all let me go on record as stating this group of Islamists does not represent the majority of Muslims. Far from it. And that is why so many decent people are fleeing-- and just trying to get out. There could be some bad pomegranates amongst them, but that is a common human condition.

But they do exist. And to deny that is something akin to the head in the sand. I am not a hysteric and give wide birth to almost everyone. (Ain’t I magnanimous!) confused

But these guys----------- need to go.

They make their money from oil sales, yes?

The choice is simple, five trillion over five years fighting another war or five trillion over ten years speeding up the adoption of electric cars for everyone.
Left to its own devices the free market will continue to offer Nissan Leafs (marginal small city cars with limited range) or expensive playthings for the rich (Teslas) whereas what the world needs is cheap RETROFIT KITS FOR CURRENT gasoline cars and also one or two affordable passenger vehicles that cost the same as a cheap used car today.
Saudi Arabia is the spiritual heart of ISIS, Saudi royals refuse to rein them in, ISIS depends on oil money.
You do the math, it's your money, America.

Paris attackers identified as all EU nationals
Quote
“Let me underline, the profile of the terrorists so far identified tells us this is an internal threat,” Federica Mogherini, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, said after a meeting with EU foreign ministers. “It is all EU citizens so far. This can change with the hours, but so far it is quite clear it is an issue of internal domestic security.”
Republicans shun Muslim refugees
Quote
States protesting the admission of refugees range from Alabama and Georgia, to Texas and Arizona, to Michigan and Illinois, to Maine and New Hampshire. Among these 27 states, all but one have Republican governors.

Do RWNs always jump to the wrong conclusions?

You never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete.

Conclusions are for people who actually think. That does not apply among the group in question.

RETROFIT KITS FOR CURRENT gasoline cars
What fuel would propel them?

And yes, if the demand for oil from the ME dropped precipitously it would indeed change the equation entirely.

Here is your foreign secret Muslim “president” Barry HUSSEIN Soetoro O’Bama, saying some sounds about how “refugees” are not the same thing as “terrorists.” As if! That’s exactly what he would say, isn’t it? If he didn’t really love America and want to keep it safe from Them.

Most of the refugees are Muslim and Muslims are terrorists, and if we want to defeat the terrorists, we must declare a holy war on Islam. Jesus hu-Akbar!

Which is why, if we’re going to allow any so-called refugees into our country - they’d goddamned better be Christians. Everyone knows Christians are the good guys.

None of you faker types of "Christians." Don’t try to play-act like you’re a Christian unless you’ve told at least TWO Starbucks baristas that your name is Merry fvcking Christmas.

Your President, BAMZ!!:

America is in real bad shape when President Obama is invoking George W. Bush as a model of moral courage and leadership. But that’s where “we” are today.

The Left and the Attack on Paris

Dennis Prager
Townhall
November 17, 2015

Quote
The left's reactions to the terror attack on Paris are in keeping with its tradition of getting almost everything wrong.

Take Bernie Sanders, for example. At the Democratic presidential debate, one day after the Paris attack, the democratic socialist candidate made this observation about al-Qaida:

"I would argue that the disastrous invasion of Iraq, something that I strongly opposed, has unraveled the region completely, and led to the rise of al-Qaida and to ISIS."

That a U.S. senator, let alone a man running for president of the United States, believes that the American invasion of Iraq led to the rise of al-Qaida should automatically disqualify him from serious consideration. It is a testimony to how many on the left twist reality to force-fit it into their ideology.
