What fuel? Electric. Retrofitting conventional cars as hybrids or electric isn't as complex as it would seem.
That's not saying that all retrofit kits would perform perfectly, some will be better than others, but let's face it, one of the risks of another war over there might just be ten dollar a gallon gasoline.
