Yes, Phil. it is our Scoutgal. I also just read about it on Facebook. Her daughter posted something, but doesn't give details. I know she was experiencing some major health setbacks of late. Very sad day for all of us. Yes it is a very, very sad day. She will be missed more than I can say. Requiescat in pace, Dear Donna.

We lost a truly wonderful friend and human being today.
Donna Gayler, aka "Scoutgal" on Capitol Hill Blue Reader Rant, was a joyous lady who always had a smile and a funny joke for everyone, and an engaging personality filled with strength and wisdom all wrapped up in a warm and loving outlook.
Donna was a petite but power packed Eveready Bunny who knew how to make friends and keep them, even if she was in the middle of a heated debate with opposing views.
Words fail me at this time because they aren't sufficient to describe the loss we are all feeling today.

When services are announced, I'm go to fly down and attend. I've met the Scout family and Donna and I shared many dinners together.
