Of all the candidates left in the election, only Trump changes anything, makes any difference at all. And I don't even like the guy! To say I am conflicted is an understatement. On one hand we have a candidate who can make a difference. On the other hand I am not sure if he would make a positive difference. Hell, he can't make a negative difference, because Washington is a cesspool of lairs and criminals who only look lout for themselves.

Trump or Hillary? A con-man against a empty pantsuit (pant load?). A shyster against a proven liar. A man doomed to fail against a woman with only her ego as a guide. Whom do I dislike more? Right now, I will sit back and enjoy the car wreck, and hope it grows into a train wreck.

I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinski

I know it's a difficult distinction for Republicans, but Hillary Clinton is actually A DIFFERENT PERSON than Bill Clinton.

I think we can all agree that Bill Clinton despite all his great qualities, is a horndog. But that has no bearing on Hillary Clinton being President. She did not participate in that blowjob. She did not approve of that blowjob. She did not even know about that blowjob.

All of Hillary's "baggage" is just crap the Republicans have been throwing against the wall FOR YEARS and nothing has stuck because everybody but the rubes recognizes it as manufactured outrage.

Total nonsense: This is the man who bankrupted four casinos with his ridiculous planning. Casinos! You think he couldn't do any damage?

Trump is the schoolboy who failed to read the book, for his book report. He's winging it, and spouting a lot of BS. The other people who didn't read the book think he is doing fine...

Thanks, Tim, for providing such a stellar proof of my point. Bow

"Modern politics are built on the ashes of the truth. It has gotten to the point where we accept lies from politicians. Remember, Benghazi was the result of an anti-Islam film? WMD in Iraq (although I still think that they are there)? The definition of is?"

Are these remarks supposed to serve as examples of politics built on the ashes of truth?

Are you also framing trumps popularity on his ability to BS and flatter while telling truths?

I think he's tapping into some pretty base instincts of human society. I think it will be very entertaining watching conservatives explain how their candidates got mugged.

But maybe Trumps right about the Jew problem. Maybe they have been holding our nation back. Resenting Anglo Christian culture and depriving our motherland it's day in the sun. To be great again!

Speaking of train wrecks, did anyone see last night's GOP Debate? It was a total hot mess. Good thing I brought popcorn to watch it!

Even closed captioning gave up on the debate:

Here we really disagree. It is attitudes like yours that makes me think I could actually support Trump. There is nothing redeemable about Washington. Nothing to admire. Nothing to suggest that they could do anything of substance that would help America. Oh, they might help a couple of people, the favorites of the press. The sacred cows of Congress, worshiped and then allowed to starve. Oh, they find those "special" constituencies that they pay attention to right around now, then forget about them after the elections. They seem to forget that there are 330,000,000 people in America who need their help and support.

He is every man and woman's secret feelings. The parents who worry about their children. The father who lost his job. The mother who has to work two jobs because her husband is in Afghanistan. He is the only person in the race who actually resonates with the people he has nothing in common with. It is truly an enigma how so many people can believe that a billionaire would be their champion.

Washington needs an enema. Maybe the Potomac will overflow close her down for a year or three. A person can't have less respect than I have for Washington and the job they are doing at protecting and nurturing America. But then, I believe that they really don't care about the whole protect and nurture thing.

Maybe Donald is exactly what America needs. Ah, maybe not. But given the choice between Hillary and Donald, maybe I won't vote.

It is out of my control. Nothing I can do. I am already bald and gray, so now I find enjoyment where I can. Watching the political system get it tucked up their butt because they were too obtuse to notice the mood of America seems like a very good use of my free time.

My perspective is right on, there is nothing I can do to change things. I live in Massachusetts, so my vote is worth less than nothing. I will treat this like professional wrestling, light weight division. Trump will be the new comer with the popular support and Hillary will washed up ex-super star who is trying to validate her worthless existence. In the end, the only that will be missing will be the foreign objects and the folding chair.

I can't wait!

It may not be the current meme, but the US Government actually does about 99% of the things it does right. The other 1% just gets in the news because it is the exception.

Just look at the Bird Sanctuary Occupation, for example: The FBI and all local law enforcement agencies exercised restraint and now everyone but the one insane guy who committed suicide-by-cop is in custody with prosecution pending.

You may not agree with their policies, but those change from one administration to another. Meanwhile, almost all government employees are highly competent. Congress, on the other hand...
