Both acted as though I was just dumb, crazy or some combination, which, while true, was irrelevant. Nothing they suggested and none of the web pages they linked me to helped.

So I tried what I had suggested an hour and a half before and voila! Worked like a charm.

Frustrating on a day not going so well even before this.
No,but once I saw where to make the choice now its obvious. Cannot imagine why they didn't suggest that
