You have no facts to support your conclusion. Your citation was simply a listing of innuendo which you have taken as factual.

The refutation is simple. How did Sen Reid force Bundy to graze cattle on federal land? How did Sen Reid force Bundy to not pay for the rights to graze cattle? When a person commits a crime, do you say the police conspired to have that person commit a crime so the police could arrest the lawbreaker?

The law was already on the books.

Every time you type one of these comments, you appear to question the legitimacy of the federal government and yet you previously stated it is legitimate. How is it you can say it is legitimate and then argue against its legitimacy?
