How would armed men blocking egress non-violently stop anyone from using the roads. Do you think they would use harsh language and scare the feds???? The threat is implicit when men are brandishing weapons.

Try using the Whiskey Rebellion as a real example of armed men rejecting federal law. In that case Pres Washington etc etc
