And worst of all, no Holy Mormon Underwear allowed. If Jesus comes back while he is in custody, he will have to rise up naked! Oh, the humiliation. Might as well just go to Hell with the Fornicaters and Adulterators, rather than wander around Heaven naked.
BTW, I got some news for him: He will NEVER get his 2nd Amendment rights restored. You have a right to bear arms UNTIL you point them at officers of the law. The Supreme Court has settled this issue long ago.

My Second Amendment rights are being violated. I never waived that right. All those other prisoners who voluntarily waived their 2nd Amendment rights must feel pretty stupid now. I'm beginning to think these Bundy boys may not be too bright...

This is soooo UNFAIR because, because according to their special secret pocket-version of the Constitution, the federal government isn’t the boss of them. You know life ain't fair when you have to eat with the same hand you wipe your butt with......

This demonstrates that a certain percentage of Americans will see idiots as heroes, and another (smaller) percentage will actually emulate them. I think we as a society need to make it perfectly clear that the Bundys are NOT heroes and if you think they are, then you are a fool.

Indeed, and as I wrote here: Federal prosecutors would be wise to deal with this W. Cleon Skousen "pocket-sized Constitution" idiocy at the Bundy's upcoming trials, swiftly, before this issue totally gets out of hand - else we'll be playing paranoid SovCit insurancy-militia Whack-A-Mole™ with their uneducated and unorthodox views of the Constitution for a very long time in the future.

Oregon militia leader complains about no Internet in jail cell The leader of the armed group that took over a federal wildlife reserve in Oregon last January is complaining about what he says is a big injustice: the lack of Internet access inside his jail cell. Ammon Bundy and his brother Ryan Bundy have requested Internet access in jail to help them prepare for a Sept. 7 federal trial, the Oregonian reported. Link

Oregon militia leader complains about no Internet in jail cell The whiny SovCit dummies are complaining that jail is like...well, jail. The nerve of that "you're in jail" reality!! ...and the jail people won't let either Bundy bro to set around in his special Mormon underwear, scratching his junk, whilst making plans with his bro, who would also like to sit around in his special magical Mormon underwear scratching his junk, and plan their defense from a tyrannical government together. Unfair!!! And also, each bro would like to have a desk in his private cell too, please.

The Bundy clan and their ilk live in a fantasy land where the rules don't apply to them. Ultimately, they should be charged with Finicum's death, too. If they had not engaged in their fantasy land armed takeover of a federal facility and threatened law enforcement authorities with death, Finicum would not have died. Real-world actions have real-world consequences.
A well reasoned argument is like a diamond: impervious to corruption and crystal clear - and infinitely rarer.
Here, as elsewhere, people are outraged at what feels like a rigged game -- an economy that won't respond, a democracy that won't listen, and a financial sector that holds all the cards. - Robert Reich

let me point out the obvious :: if they do not believe the federal government is legitimate then it follows they would be above the federal law in their mind
ignorance is the enemy without equality there is no liberty America can survive bad policy, but not destruction of our Democratic institutions

Update 05-31-16Do you know what the Bundy Gang really needed? A stolen .50 caliber machine gun!! In addition to all those cool AR-15 and AK-47 semiautomatic rifles the Bunditarian Funtimes Freedumb Militia were toting around the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, it turns out that one patriot among them attempted to bring in something a little heavier: A fully automatic military-grade .50 caliber machine gun. Michael R. Emry, an Idaho militia loon who called himself an "embedded journalist" during the armed occupation of the wildlife refuge, did his best to try to bring in the illegal military weapon, but was unable to, thanks to the all the law enforcement keeping an eye on the area, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Nathan Lichvarcik: Emry was arrested in John Day [Oregon] in early May after FBI agents found the machine gun — identified by agents as an M2 Browning — in a travel trailer serving as his home. The 54-year-old acknowledged that he stole it from a Boise dealer and ground off the serial numbers, Lichvarcik said. He said Emry was trying to sell the gun. Trying to sell that armor piercing heavy military-grade gun that he stole and ground off the serial numbers? Sounds just like a Patriot and not at all like a looney SovCit Militia dumbass trying to defend Fort Dipshit. Emry is being held without bond while awaiting trial on multiple firearms charges; U.S. Magistrate Judge Jolie Russo found "there are no conditions that will reasonably assure the safety of the community." No reasonable conditions? Ya think?!?
