stated, VP Cheney and Scooter Libby changed (read: fixed) the CIA Analysis to read that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction - and Colin Powell unwittingly repeated the lie to the U.N.
Why Cheney isn't being investigated for this and war crimes is beyond me!
