...The second is a letter supposedly written by a gastroenterologist but VERY likely fabricated by Trump himself proclaiming him to be in extraordinary health. The latter has several grammar and spelling problems and uses typical Trump-style wording.... Was the Doctor's name "John Miller" or "John Barron" by chance?  No I believe it was Josef Mengele
